The working areas of the Directorate of Education are defined under the main headings of education, information and library. Under these main headings;

• Blue and white collar sector employees receive orientation training for their own disciplines, preparation for the profession, developing technologies, efficiency, quality, raw materials, energy, environment, maintenance, final product, certification and management systems including legal requirements, etc. Training, courses, seminars, panels, symposiums, colleague meetings, etc. covering topics. It identifies the needs and programs, organizes and finalizes the relevant activities.
• Documents relevant training participants.
• It programs and organizes training and events on an annual basis on national and international platforms, in accordance with the demands for training and technical seminars coming from domestic and abroad.
• It organizes international seminars and fairs on new technologies that bring together the decision makers of our industry, domestic and international suppliers and stakeholders.
• It informs our members about similar national and international events and organizations and represents the Union in these events when necessary.
• It shares and archives the documents prepared for all these events with the participants.
• He takes an active role in the editorial board of the "Çimento ve Beton Dünyası" magazine, which is the corporate magazine of TURKÇİMENTO; It follows the publication contents and printing processes and carries out the advertising processes.
• The Union library keeps track of national and international journal subscriptions within the scope of documentation studies.
