For many years, the R&D Institute has been conducting its Proficiency Testing activities on both a national and international scale.

Over the past two years, they have been working diligently to obtain the "TS EN ISO/IEC 17043 Proficiency Testing Accreditation Certificate" from TÜRKAK in the fields of Cement, Clinker, Coal, Fly Ash, Raw Materials (Meal, Limestone, Gypsum, Iron Ore, Clay).

In August 2017, the TÜRKÇİMENTO R&D Institute earned the TÜRKAK "TS EN ISO/IEC 17043 Proficiency Testing Accreditation Certificate." They are the first and only accredited institution in the Turkish Construction Sector organizing Proficiency Testing programs.

The following materials are used for Proficiency Testing programs: Cement Ash Fly Ash Coal Ash (Not Accredited) Raw Materials Limestone Clay Meal Iron Ore Gypsum Clinker Pozzolan (Not Accredited) Additionally, cement samples prepared for Reference Test Programs enable the cement sector to perform their internal quality controls.
